Today's post is a baking one!!! My best friend Jess is obsess with them (our local bakery has them and I swear she only hangs out with so we can walk to the bakery and have some). So we decided to make some so here we are now baking. Enjoy :)

Final Result, keep reading for the whole tutorial !!

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

 Peanuts, Chocolate and more Chocolate

 Dry cranberries and shredded coconut
Yessss I used drinking glasses and a re used jam jar... doesn't look pretty cool?
Well at least I think so hahaha.

Baking powder and vanilla extract

And at last the big bulky dry ingredients! Sugar, brown sugar, oats and of course flour

Now get a huge bowl (if you don't have a huge bowl a large one will do) also an electric mixer. Ohhh... and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius.

How To
1. Mix the shortening, granulated sugar and brown sugar till creamy
2. Add eggs, vanilla extract and beat until blended
3. Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt
4. Add oats, peanuts, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and coconut until all combine
5. Spoon cookie mixture onto line cookie sheet
6. Bake until crisp and golden (it took us around 20 min)
7. Enjoy!!!!!

Adding eggs yes it looks gross but it tastes amazing!

 And now the peanuts.

 Then chocolate!

 And more chocolate!!!

For the final touch add the dry cranberries and spoon into baking sheet.

Almost done all that's left is baking time!!

The final results + a little artsy picture !

 Another close up!!!
